First of all, thank you for your order! Delivery time depends on the availability of the product. If the product is in stock, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.

In case of unexpected delays, you will be notified. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. For products that are not in stock, we will place an order with the supplier. In that case, it will take approximately 3-5 weeks for the package to arrive at your home. If the product is no longer available from the suppliers, we will inform you immediately.

With a preorder, all orders are processed as soon as the products arrive.

Also known as a delivery on order; AniMuchuu does not have all products in stock, but can (usually) order these products from the supplier. This makes it possible to offer as many products as possible at a competitive price.

No, by default all products are bundled into one order. Do you want to receive the available item sooner? Then it is best to place two separate orders. Please note that additional shipping costs may be charged if (one of) the orders is less than the minimum value for free shipping.

If both the ordered products in stock and pre-orders exceed the minimum amount for free shipping, you will receive two packages. If this is not the case, the products will be combined into one package. Do you want to receive the available item sooner? Then it is best to place two separate orders. Please note that additional shipping costs may be charged if (one of) the orders is less than the minimum value for free shipping.

Preorders are products that are not yet available for purchase, but are already confirmed and/or in development by the manufacturers. The manufacturer gives an indicative release date that is usually accurate, but the product can sometimes appear earlier or later.

By pre-ordering at AniMuchuu, you will receive the product as soon as it arrives. Please note that during the development phase, details may change, which means that the images on the site may not exactly match the final product.

AniMuchuu has a maximum pre-order period of 9 months. This means that you cannot pre-order products that will be released more than 9 months from now.

All pre-orders will receive a 5% discount on the price. This discount will be automatically applied to all pre-orders in your cart.

With a preorder you pay the full amount in advance, so it is not possible to pay afterwards with a preorder.

You can place a preorder as long as it has not yet been released. Please note the following points: If you order within four weeks of the expected release date, you cannot cancel it. We place an order with the supplier for each purchase, so it is possible that you may not receive your product on the expected delivery date or that the product may no longer be available. In the latter case, you will receive a notification via email.

As soon as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by using this form , or by sending an email to returns@animuchuu.nl . In any case, please mention your order number. You have 48 hours after placing an on-demand delivery to cancel, after these 48 hours, it is not possible to cancel. For more information, see: Refund Policy

A preorder can be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the expected release date, with a 10% cancellation fee. The paid amount minus 10% will be refunded within 14 days. After this, it is no longer possible to cancel preorders. For more information, see: Refund Policy. Use this form or send an email to returns@animuchuu.nl . In any case, state your order number.

With every order you place on AniMuchuu you will receive UU Points. You will receive 4 UU Points for every euro you spend in the store. Please note: when ordering a preorder, you will only receive the UU Points once this order is processed. The UU Points are account-bound and non-transferable.

UU Points do not have an expiry date.

With every preorder you automatically receive a 5% discount, so it is not possible to use UU Points.

On the home page you can click on the button with 'UU Points' at the bottom left. Here you can see how many UU Points you have now and how this is built up. Here you will also find any discounts that you have previously purchased, but have not yet used.
