Orders

I just placed an order, when can I expect the package?
First of all, thank you for your order! Delivery time depends on the availability of the product. If the product is in stock, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

In case of unexpected delays, you will be notified. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. For products that are not in stock, we will place an order with the supplier. In that case, it will take approximately 3 weeks for the package to arrive at your home. If the product is no longer available from the suppliers, we will inform you immediately.

With a preorder, all orders are processed as soon as the products arrive.
What does a backorder mean?
AniMuchuu does not have all products in stock, but can (usually) order these products from the supplier. This makes it possible to offer as many products as possible at a competitive price.
I ordered a product that is in stock and a product that is a backorder, will I now receive two packages?
No, by default all products are bundled into one order. Do you want to receive the available item sooner? Then it is best to place two separate orders. Please note that additional shipping costs may be charged if (one of) the orders is less than the minimum value for free shipping.
What about an order for a product in stock and a preorder?
If both the ordered products in stock and pre-orders exceed the minimum amount for free shipping, you will receive two packages. If this is not the case, the products will be combined into one package. Do you want to receive the available item sooner? Then it is best to place two separate orders. Please note that additional shipping costs may be charged if (one of) the orders is less than the minimum value for free shipping.
What payment options are available?
For product in stock and backorders: Ideal, creditcard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
For preorders (Full payment in advance): Ideal, creditcard, PayPal
For preorders (50% payment in advance): Creditcard, PayPal
Regardless of your order, if at least one preorder is present for which you pay 50% in advance, you can only pay by credit card or PayPal.

Cancellation & Returns

Can I cancel an order?
As soon as your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by using this form , or by sending an email to returns@animuchuu. nl . In any case, please mention your order number. You have 72 hours after placing a backorder to cancel for free. After these 72 hours, cancellation is only possible with a cancellation fee of 5%. For more information, see: Refund Policy

UU Points

What are UU Points?
With every order you place on AniMuchuu you will receive UU Points. You will receive 4 UU Points for every euro you spend in the store. Please note: when ordering a backorder or a preorder, you will only receive the UU Points once this order is processed. The UU Points are account-bound and non-transferable.
How long are UU Points valid?
UU Points do not have an expiry date.
Can I also use the UU Points for a discount on pre-orders?
With every preorder you automatically receive a 5% discount, so it is not possible to use UU Points.
Where can I see how many UU Points I have?
On the home page you can click on the button with 'UU Points' at the bottom left. Here you can see how many UU Points you have now and how this is built up. Here you will also find any discounts that you have previously purchased, but have not yet used.
