Refund policy

As a consumer, you can make use of the right of withdrawal. This means you can return an order, in whole or in part, within 14 days after receiving the products. If you notify us of your return, you then have an additional 14 days from that day to send the products back to us.

The shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the consumer. These costs are dependant on the country of ordering, please check your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the products with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

To use this right, please contact us at returns@animuchuu.nl. We will refund the order amount including shipping costs within 14 days of your return notification, using the same payment method you used, provided the product has been received by us in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning. Once your return request has been submitted, we will send you an email with return instructions. Note: Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

For partial returns: if your partial return causes your order value to fall below the threshold for free shipping, we are obliged to deduct the shipping costs from the amount refunded to you.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at returns@animuchuu.nl.
