My Hero Academiatakes place in a world where almost everyone is born with a unique superpower, a so-called "Quirk". In this society, superheroes and supervillains are part of everyday life. Izuku Midoriya, an ordinary boy without a Quirk, dreams from a young age of becoming a great hero like his idol All Might. Despite not having any powers, he does not give up on his dream and continues to help others where he can.
One day, Izuku gets the chance of a lifetime when he catches the eye of All Might, the greatest hero of them all. This gets him admitted to UA High School, the most prestigious hero training school in the country.
