What is a preorder?

Preorders are products that are not yet for sale, but have been confirmed and/or are in development by the manufacturers. The manufacturer provides an indicative release date that is usually accurate, but the product can sometimes be released earlier or later. AniMuchuu does not have any influence on this process — we will keep you informed via the email address you provide when placing an order if there are any changes to the expected release date.

By pre-ordering at AniMuchuu, you will receive the product as soon as it arrives. Please note that during the development phase, details may change, which means that the images on the site may not exactly match the final product.

All preorders get 5% off the price. This discount will be automatically applied to all preorders in your cart.

What is the Early Bird Bonus?

Some preorders have an Early Bird Bonus. If you order a preorder from us to which the Early Bird Bonus applies, you will receive an extra discount on top of the 5% preorder discount. This makes our preorders even cheaper for those who make a quick decision and order from us before the deadline date. If the Early Bird Bonus applies, you will see this in the product description, and also until when it is valid. Do you order after this date? Then you will not receive this extra discount, but don't worry, you will still receive the 5% preorder discount!

How do I pay for a preorder?

You pay the full amount upfront when placing an pre-order. The options for payment are: Ideal | Wero, PayPal and Creditcard.

Until when can I place a preorder?

Some pre-orders have a deadline. You can place a pre-order before this deadline, this deadline will be shown on the product page. If there is no deadline date, you can place a preorder as long as it has not yet been released. Please note the following points: We place an order with the supplier per order, so it may happen that you do not receive your product immediately on the expected delivery date, or that the product is no longer available. In the latter case, you will receive a notification by email.

Can I cancel the preorder?

We will process your order after 72 hours. This means that you can cancel free of charge 72 hours after placing the preorder. After these 72 hours, cancellation is only possible with a cancellation fee of 5%. For more information, see our cancellation policy.
