What is a preorder?

Preorders are products that are not yet for sale, but have been confirmed and/or are in development by the manufacturers. The manufacturer provides an indicative release date that is usually accurate, but the product can sometimes be released earlier or later. We will keep you informed via the email address you provide when ordering if there are any changes to the expected release date.

By pre-ordering at AniMuchuu, you will receive the product as soon as it arrives. Please note that during the development phase, details may change, which means that the images on the site may not exactly match the final product.

All preorders get 5% off the price. This discount will be automatically applied to all preorders in your cart.

What is the Early Bird Bonus?

Some preorders have an Early Bird Bonus. If you order a preorder from us to which the Early Bird Bonus applies, you will receive an extra discount on top of the 5% preorder discount. This makes our preorders even cheaper for those who make a quick decision and order from us before the deadline date. If the Early Bird Bonus applies, you will see this in the product description, and also until when it is valid. Do you order after this date? Then you will not receive this extra discount, but don't worry, you will still receive the 5% preorder discount!

How do I pay for a preorder?

When placing a preorder, you have the option to pay the full amount in advance, or to pay half upfront (for preorders from 80 euro's and upwards). In the latter case, you authorize us to collect the remaining half of the price when we have received the product and it is ready for shipment. On the payment screen, you will see the date on which we will collect the second part of the payment. This date is an estimate based on the expected release date and is therefore not fixed. The expected release date may be moved forward or delayed, which means the date on which we collect the remaining amount may also change.

Until when can I place a preorder?

You can place a preorder as long as it has not yet been released. Please note the following points: We place an order with the supplier per order, so it may happen that you do not receive your product immediately on the expected delivery date, or that the product is no longer available. In the latter case, you will receive a notification by email.

Can I cancel the preorder?

We will process your order after 72 hours. This means that you can cancel free of charge 72 hours after placing the preorder. After these 72 hours, cancellation is only possible with a cancellation fee of 5%. For more information, see our cancellation policy.

Shipping of pre-orders

If you combine multiple preorders and choose the option 'pay all in advance' for one preorder and 'pay 50% in advance' for another preorder, the payment screen will indicate that one preorder is now being shipped. This is not the case. Preorders are only shipped once they have arrived at our warehouse.
