Shipping policy
A shipping fee will apply if your order does not meet the minimum order threshold of €80 (NL), €130 (BE/DE) or €220 (Rest of Europe). The fee varies depending on the country you are ordering from. Please refer to the table below for details on shipping fees and estimated delivery times after shipment.

There are no import fees or duties from orders within the European Union! We will ship with either PostNL, DHL or DPD.
Countries outside the European Union are subject to additional charges such as import duties and taxes.
If you order a product that is in stock together with a product that is a backorder or preorder," the following rules apply:
If the total amount of your order for all products is more than the minimum value for free shipping for your country, you will receive free shipping. However,
if the value of the in-stock product(s) is less than the minimum value, these products will be combined with the products that need to be ordered from the supplier. The delivery option of the preorder or backorder will be leading if different delivery options have been chosen.
If you would like to receive the in-stock products earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders. Please note that shipping costs will apply if one of your orders is under the minimum value for free shipping.
Shipping of Preorders
If you combine multiple preorders and choose the 'pay everything in advance' option for one preorder and 'pay 50% in advance' for another preorder, the payment screen will indicate that one preorder will be shipped now. This is not the case. Preorders will be shipped when they arrive in our warehouse.
