Shipping policy
A shipping fee will apply if your order does not meet the minimum order threshold of €80 (NL), €130 (BE/DE) or €220 (Rest of Europe). The fee varies depending on the country you are ordering from. Please refer to the table below for details on shipping fees and estimated delivery times after shipment.

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties or additional customs fees. We ship orders with PostNL, DHL or DPD, depending on the destination and shipment.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import VAT, customs duties, clearance charges and carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
Where duties and taxes are collected during checkout, this will be shown before payment. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be requested by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.
Orders containing in-stock items and preorder or backorder items
If your order contains both in-stock products and preorder or backorder products, your order will normally be shipped once all items are available.
If the total order value qualifies for free shipping in your destination country, free shipping applies to the order as a whole. However, if you would like the in-stock items to be shipped separately before the preorder or backorder items arrive, please place separate orders.
Please note: each separate order must independently meet the free-shipping threshold for your destination country. Otherwise, shipping costs will apply to the order below the threshold.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order is returned to AniMuchuu due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details, the customer may be required to pay the reshipping costs in advance. The order will be reshipped only after payment has been received.
