Cancellation policy
Did you make a mistake during your order? Or maybe you want to order something different after all? It can happen to anyone, which is why we have a policy regarding the cancellation of your order.
We offer different types of products, and below you will find our policy regarding the following products.
Products in Stock
As long as your order has not yet been processed—in other words, you have not yet received the track & trace email—you can cancel it free of charge.
Backorder
These products are currently not in stock, but will be ordered from our supplier when you place an order with us. We will process your order after 24 hours. This means you can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After these 24 hours, cancellation is only possible with a cancellation fee of 5%.
Preorders
When you place a preorder, you pay for a product that is not currently in stock and will become available in the future. We will process your preorder after 72 hours. This means you can cancel your preorder free of charge within 72 hours of placing it. After these 72 hours, cancellation is only possible with a cancellation fee of 5%.
To request a cancellation, please send an email to returns@animuchuu.nl with your order number and the products you wish to cancel.
For products that are not in stock—backorders and preorders—the following applies: We try to keep the information regarding availability on our website as accurate as possible. However, it is possible that a product is listed as available but is no longer available from the supplier. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and your order will be cancelled.
