About the series
Claymore is set in a dark world where humans are threatened by Yoma, monstrous creatures that hide among humanity. To fight these monsters, an organization exists that trains female warriors with superhuman powers. These fighters, known as Claymores, combine human skills with the power of the Yoma they fight. The story follows Clare, one of these warriors, during her dangerous quest for revenge and justice. Along the way, she is confronted with brutal opponents, difficult choices, and the constant struggle to maintain her own humanity.
