How VAT works for your order

Shipments with a goods value of £135 or less (excluding VAT): UK VAT is included and collected at checkout. You should not have to pay additional import VAT, customs duties or related clearance fees on delivery.

Shipments above £135: UK VAT is not collected at checkout. Import VAT, any applicable customs duties and carrier handling fees may be payable before delivery.
The £135 threshold is based on the goods value excluding VAT and separately charged shipping—not your final checkout total. When an order exceeds this threshold, Shopify adjusts the prices at checkout to remove UK VAT.
